Rules are, I gather, the responsibility of Events and Competitioins Committee, of which Helen is a member. At the time the rules were drafted, other parents of current juniors (of various ages!) included Dave Peel and Barry Elkington, maybe others that I don't know of.
The point of the consultation is to gain feedback - both in terms of deliberate changes and any mistakes. So, it looks like a good item to feedback on - needed before the end of the month.
