DFOK website says

"As of Saturday evening, the SE Long Championships on Sunday is still ON.

A final decision will be made by 7.45 a.m. at the latest, so please check again before travelling if this is possible"

The final details say:

"Cagoules may be required at the request of the organiser in the event of
inclement weather."

Weather forecast looks like a couple of inches possible, but it's right on the edge of the predicted area of heavier snow.

That shows the value of a car park next to a gritted trunk road. And if we'd all got snowed in, the food in the pub looked nice.
