Golden Horseshoe Orienteering (GHO) has two orienteering job openings in Hamilton, Canada. Hamilton is located ~70km west of Toronto in the heart of Canada's Golden Horseshoe Region. The following jobs are available.
1) Adventure Running Kids Program Manager (Coach)
2.5 years ago GHO launched our Adventure Running Kids program and it has quickly grown to over 350 kids (North America's largest kids orienteering program). GHO is keen to expand this program to other communities in the Toronto-Hamilton area.
2) Mapper in Residence
The Golden Horseshoe area has a variety of terrain types and GHO is keen to hire a mapper for a 6-month period to complete several mapping projects.
Details of the job opportunities are here:

Re: Coaching and Mapping jobs in Hamilton, Canada
We have had a couple of questions about these jobs. A few quick answers.
1) The mapping job can be a team of mappers.
2) The mapping job can be combined with the coaching position to be a full year position
3) We anticipate a strong likelihood the coaching position will continue and be a full time position for many years (we just can't advertise multi-year at this time for funding reasons but fully expect it to be a many year job opp).
Oh yeah and the terrain is quite nice in the Hamilton area. 2013 Canadian Championships will be hosted here in October.
Thanks for your time.
