Some of the 55+ courses got lengthened and moved to the far start, other than that I don't know.

Sounds like it might be a good idea for the organisers to email all entries with the news.
Even if it doesn't apply to them they may be giving a lift to someone it does.
The changes need to be highlighted and attention drawn to the changes in the PDF final details. Plus on the EUOC website say when the details were updated so people can know if they have an old version. If the changes are very limited, then actually mention what has changed on the website.

I am sure they will be flexible with things like that - EUOC events usually are.

I thought that but when I went onto the INT website to check... there was nothing to mention the event... so I was a bit careful with my wording (scene vs map)!
