If anyone is at a loose end on Saturday afternoon at about 2pm log on to http://www.lionheartradio.com and you might hear me being interviewed live as part of my efforts to raise awareness of orienteering (and plugging our next two events which happen to be near Alnwick where lionheart are based and broadcast on 107.3 fm). Missed it, am watching the live results for La Marmotte trying to spot my bloke but they have stopped updating. Looks like he didn't make the gold badge time which he'll be disappointed with. He's probably slogging up Alp d'Huez at the moment

Hurray, results updated and because he was starting in a late block he just hit the gold medals finishing in 8h35.04
