Easingwold
Does anyone know why the times for one leg have been removed from some courses at Saturday's urban event? I can't find any explanation on EBOR's website, and I'm curious as to what happened.

Re: Easingwold
Yes it was my fault as planner...... a locked gate shown as open on a route I hadn't considered (not the best route but not THAT much worse) affected a number of people costing them a minute or so. A short "easy" leg just to get you into the school for the last few controls so seemed sensible to remove it for the sake of fairness. Been too busy collecting controls at the White Horse today to post anything - at least it was sunny and dry today if a little too hot!!

Great event - lots of variety both in terrain and style which kept you thinking the whole way, with some decisions rather more subtle than at first appeared. Superb tea shot in town too!
Both OH and I have decided we definitely prefer orienteering on a Saturday to Sundays!
