Cliffhanger Ultrasprint 3rd July

This year's Ultrasprint is on Sunday 3rd July (just under 2 weeks away!) at Millhouses Park, Sheffield.

Inov8 are the main sponsors and there are chances to win entry into the Sheffield Urban event in September. A description from the website:

A high intensity, high speed form of orienteering, the Ultrasprint starts and finishes into a specially constructed labyrinth. Competitors face a technical and physical challenge that includes complex map reading, multi-terrain racing, and a number of river crossings. A number of the UK's top elite orienteers will battle it out over a qualifying stage and final to become the Ultrasprint champion 2011.

If the previous Ultrasprint's are anything to go by, I'm looking forward to it .

They always say that because it was the first ever Ultrasprint in the UK so we always talk about 'the return of the UK's first Ultrasprint' type thing...
