Men's and Women's Elite courses:
All Start times on these courses will be subject to WOC Selection/UK Cup seeding and your preferred start time may not be available. There will be no entry on the day for these courses.

Revised travel and parking arrangements:

In view of forecasted numbers and reduced parking area at Hodge Close we have obtained the use of a field at Low Tilberthwaite for the main parking. There is a 1.3 km walk to Assembly from here. Only certain categories of people will be able to park next to Assembly at Hodge Close. This information will soon be posted on the event information on the LOC website http://www.lakeland-orienteering.org.uk.
