I too went to Mulgrave - exceptionally well organised - a slight quibble about the map which will work better later in the year when the undergrowth will be right again at the moment it is very open ( I then assumed an area would be runnable and it definitely wasn't! so the map being right was my downfall).
Only wish I done the course my wife did she got into some much prettier bits and I wouldn't have joined a number of people all looking for the same (correctly placed) difficult control and lost far too much time.

Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg

Mulgrave is, in my opinion, one of the best areas in Yorkshire/NE England. Great contour detail, mostly clean forest and tough route choices. Shame its so far away!
