JK2011 - extension to first entry closing date

We've been made aware of some residual issues with BOF membership renewal resulting in difficulties when entering the JK.

To allow any remaining memberships to be processed and the SI database to be updated, the deadline for the 1st closing has been extended to 2359 on Fri 4 Feb.
