I once ran towards a flash of orange in the control circle, about the right distance off the ground to be the kite, only to find myself face-to-face with a poor lady in an orange O-top who was just squatting down for a, erm, comfort stop. I'm not sure who was more embarrassed

So what would be your advice regarding comfort stops during a course?

if u need a comfort stop don't wear an orange top.

Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg
