Scottish Relay Champs entries

I have just tried to enter Moravian teams for the Scottish Relays.

Is it true that I have to enter each team separately with a separate payment or am I missing something?

I have stopped the process in the hope that someone can tell me there is an easier way.

I haven't been through the whole process, but looks like you "Enter Team" big blue button, put in your team catergory details, press Enter.

This takes you back to the last screen where you can either enter another team (button at the top) or edit the team just entered.

Then select teams at the bottom (I assume) to part with your money.

You should be able to enter each team separately and then pay once for all teams. Log in to your account and then select 'enter team'. After you have completed all the details, you can then select 'enter team' again and enter another team. Once you've entered all your teams, you should then make payment.

Yes you were quite right I missed that.

However now I realised that I'd not selected "all BOF members" and go into edit to change this, but the damned thing won't change the fees. I give up.

Well I went back to it and had to delete four of my teams only to re-enter them again - what a faff.

Now I can see no way of updaing the team members - maybe I am being blind again, but maybe not

I quite liked the multiple team entry bit of the system, adding each runner individually was a bit of a pain though (3 sets of input boxes on the team form, rather than 3 separate pages would have been easier)
I did select '3 bof members' initially on all though, so that helped!

The red circle shows what to click on to edit a team member. When you click on it, initially I thought it hadn't done anything but it actually opens their details in a new box just below the team details, so scroll down a bit if you think it's done nothing.

Add team member in blue at the bottom of each team section, if that's what you're looking for.

edit: I can't update the 'payment class' (i.e. number of bof members) but then I have already paid so wouldn't expect to be able to.

Andy could have added that to get to that screen you select the Relay Event in "Your Entries".
I am sure that if you email the entries team with a message that you have overpaid they will arrange a refund on the day.
Handling relays is relatively new for OEntries. I am sure that Pyrat will be following this thread and that improvements will be made in the future.

From the SOA web :

O-Entries has been updated, so that Captains can now edit relay team entries.
If you have already entered can you please enter the SI numbers and remove any dummy numbers.

I assume by this they mean to set the SI numbers to 0, because text defaults to that and you can't leave it blank.
