MTBO World Cup - Hungary

The MTBO World Cup in Hungary starts tomorrow with Sprint, followed by Middle on Saturday and Long (mass start) on Sunday. Three men and two women form the GBR team, and they're each riding all three disciplines.

Just hope they've all managed to travel there by now...

Mark Hayman has had to withdraw, but otherwise the rest of the team are out there
Sarah was the last to arrive this afternoon, while Em had the most convoluted trip to get there by several trains & busses over a few days, a decision she took to be sure of being there if the ash cloud was still disrupting flights.

Long race today 9am mass start with looping gaffles.
Great result for Em - 7th on a very tough bike breaking area, with lots of climb.
