I see the JK trophy is now being contested on the M120+ course...
...but the W120+ is shorter than the Womens open.

So is it the M21s or the W120+s who are being treated as a bunch of old women? :wink:

I don't see how the two correlate, I'm sure none of the top elites wants a long race on the sunday and then another long relay race on the monday. What they probably do want is some decent head-to-head relay racing, which is what they're getting. Long races aren't won by racing, they're won by training.

True, it shouldn't be 4 x 90 minute legs, but the 22 minutes I took last year having not trained for 4 months was a bit of a joke

could just skip the JK and run SM relay later in the year... 70 minute legs on 1:15,000 on quality terrain, although last year they changed from 4 legs to 3 too, so its a slippery slope...
