UKCC courses

It appears that BOF has decided that all qualified people who tutor UKCC courses (and assess and internally verify them) will be employed by BOF.....
So once a person has gone through all the trouble of attending a 2 day course then arranged all the assessment sessions and done the final "orientation" session they will be faced with a wait of possibly a few months before BOF can get a contract sorted out. UKCC was supposed to improve the level of coaching in Britain, this ruling will push it back into the dark ages.
